Evo kako:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>\ud83c\udf3f Klju\u010dne dobrobiti mindfulnessa<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Smanjuje stres i anksioznost<\/strong>: Redovita praksa mindfulnessa smanjuje aktivnost amigdale \u2013 dijela mozga povezanog sa strahom i stresom.<\/li><li><strong>Pobolj\u0161ava emocionalnu regulaciju<\/strong>: Poma\u017ee u prepoznavanju i prihva\u0107anju emocija bez impulzivnih reakcija.<\/li><li><strong>Ubla\u017eava depresivna raspolo\u017eenja<\/strong>: Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) pokazala se u\u010dinkovitom kod ponavljaju\u0107ih epizoda
